Welcome to 'Villa del Sole'.

We'd like to introduce you to the basic rules of this place. They’re designed to make sure you’re comfortable and safe.

The rules follow internationally established practices.

Please keep the house clean, just like you do with your own home.

During your stay, please look after the environment and be mindful of your use of water and electricity.

– Please don’t take the furniture outside.

Bookings, Payment, and Cancellations

​

The minimum stay in the house is 2 nights.

Your booking is secured with a deposit of 20% of the total stay. The remaining 80% is paid when you check in.

If you cancel or reduce the number of nights up to 14 days before your stay, you'll get 50% of your deposit back.

If you cancel your stay up to 7 days before your check-in date, the deposit you paid won’t be refunded.

After making a reservation, the deposit needs to be paid within 2 business days. If the payment isn’t made, the reservation will be canceled.

The price includes a tourist tax. Prices are in Bulgarian lev and euros.

Check-in, Check-out

Check-in is after 2:00 PM.

Check-out is until 1:00 PM.

The house has three double rooms and two apartments, with the maximum capacity of the house being 10 adults and children up to 16 years old.

Privacy of your personal data

​

Following national legislation, as owners we are obliged to collect your personal data upon check-in.

All collected personal data is confidential and will not under any circumstances be distributed and/or used by us and/or provided to third parties, except to government institutions and only if they have a legal basis for doing so.

Menu

​

The menu is selected in advance, at least 2 days before the group's arrival, as the products are procured immediately before the start of the stay. This allows us to ensure fresh products and high quality of the food.

If guests prefer to cook their own meals, we provide a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. If you use the kitchen on your own, there’s a fee of 200 BGN for the entire stay.

 Interior and damage deposit

To guarantee good treatment of the interior, furniture and equipment in this house, a deposit of 500 BGN is required upon check-in.

According to current legislation and these Rules, the removal of all damage caused by guests to the house is paid for by them.

In case of major losses or damages during the rental period, the owner of the guest house 'Villa Del Sole' may require guests to leave the property without any compensation or refund of the amount paid, and they may also be held financially responsible for the full extent of the damages.

In the absence of damage, the full amount of 500 BGN is refunded upon departure.

 Smoking

​

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED indoors in the house. We make an exception only for smokeless cigarettes.

Candles

​

Candles create romance and we understand that perfectly, but they are dangerous and can cause fire and significant damage to the house. Candles are NOT ALLOWED in any of the accommodations.

 Kids

​

We love children – they bring joy and life! Young guests are always welcome at Villa Del Sole, but it is important that they are under constant adult supervision throughout their stay.

The owner of the Villa Del Sole guest house is not responsible for any injuries that may occur to the guests' children within the tourist site, as well as outside it.

Caring for children is the responsibility of their parents.

Towels and Bathrobes

​​

Bathrobes and towels for the bath and spa are provided during your stay. They must be left in the room upon check-out. Any missing towels and bathrobes will be charged at triple the rate.

Sauna and Jacuzzi

​

To fully enjoy the SPA experience, we ask you to follow a few simple rules:

Please use the provided towels in the sauna and on the sun loungers.

Pets

​

We love animals, but there are guests with health problems such as allergies, etc. Therefore, pets are NOT ALLOWED.
