Accommodation is valid for groups of up to 10 people.

A refundable deposit of BGN 300.00 is required upon booking and confirmation. The deposit will be refunded to the client after the rental period. In case of damage during the stay the deposit is non-refundable. Retention of the deposit does not waive the owner's right to claim compensation from the customer up to the full amount of the damage caused.

Prices are in BGN per night and at a minimum of 2 nights and include breakfast.
