Welcome to "Villa del Sole"

We would like to introduce you to the main rules of this home. They are designed to ensure your comfort and safety.

The rules follow internationally established practices.

Please keep the house clean, just like you do with your own home.

During your stay, please take care of the environment and be mindful when using water and electricity.

Reservations, payment, and cancellation

The minimum stay in the house is 2 nights during the weekend.

Your reservation is guaranteed with a deposit of 30% of the total amount for the stay. The remaining 70% is paid upon check-in.

If cancelled or reduced in number of nights up to 14 days before the check-in date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If cancelled up to 7 days before the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded.

After making the reservation, the deposit must be paid within 2 working days. In the absence of payment, the reservation will be canceled.

The price includes the tourist tax. All prices are in euros.

Check-in, Check-out

Check-in is after 2:00 PM.

Check-out is until 1:00 PM.

Privacy of your personal data

According to current legislation, we are required to collect your personal data upon check-in.

All personal data collected is confidential and will not be distributed, used by us or provided to third parties under any circumstances, except to government institutions when required by law.

Menu

The menu is selected in advance, at least 2 days before the group's arrival, as the products are procured immediately before the start of the stay. This allows us to ensure fresh products and high quality of the food.

In case visitors prefer to cook for themselves, we provide a fully equipped kitchen with everything they need. For self-use of the kitchen, a fee of €100 is charged for the entire stay.

The import of alcoholic beverages is permitted.

Villa del Sole has a Lavazza capsule coffee machine. Other coffee machines and capsules are not allowed.

We have a refrigerator with soft drinks listed on the menu, which can be refilled throughout your stay. Bringing in soft drinks and water is not allowed.

Interior and damage deposit

Every corner of Villa del Sole has been created with care and love to offer our guests homely comfort, stylish comfort and a sense of uniqueness. The interior is the result of an individual project, inspired by the desire to create a place that embraces.

To ensure the good treatment of the interior, furniture and equipment in the house, a damage deposit of €300 is required upon check-in.

According to current legislation and current rules, any damage caused by guests during their stay will be paid for by them.

In the event of significant damage or loss occurring during the stay, the owner of the Villa del Sole guest house has the right to require guests to vacate the property without the right to compensation or refund of amounts paid, as well as to seek financial liability up to the full amount of the damage caused.

In the absence of damage, the deposit of €300 is fully refunded upon departure.

Fireplace

For your comfort and coziness during your stay, we are happy to provide you with free firewood for the first two refills.

To make your stay enjoyable and safe, please follow the following rules:

Additional woods: If you want to use the fireplace, each additional load costs €15. Please contact our host, who will provide you with the necessary firewood.

Safety: Never leave a fire unattended. Make sure the fire is completely out before going to bed or leaving the house.

Cleaning: Please do not throw the ashes in the trash. Cleaning the fireplace is our responsibility.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed indoors. The only exception is for smokeless electronic cigarettes.

If this rule is violated, an amount of €300 will be deducted from your deposit for cleaning and odor removal.

Candles

Candles create a romantic atmosphere and we completely understand that. However, they are a serious fire hazard and can cause significant damage. Therefore, burning candles is not permitted in any of the rooms.

Kids

We love children – they bring joy and life! Young guests are always welcome at Villa del Sole, but it is important that they are under the constant supervision of an adult throughout their stay.

The owner of the Villa del Sole guest house is not responsible for injuries or accidents involving children, both within the tourist site and outside it.

The care of children is entirely the responsibility of their parents.

Towels and bathrobes

Bathrobes and towels for the bathroom and spa area are provided during your stay. Please leave them in the room upon check-out.

Any missing bathrobes and towels will be charged at triple the rate.

Sauna and jacuzzi

To fully enjoy the SPA experience, we ask you to follow the following rules:

• Smoking is not allowed in the jacuzzi and spa area.
• Bringing food into the spa area is not allowed.
• Please use the provided towels in the sauna and on the sun loungers.

Pets

We love animals, but some of our guests suffer from allergies and other health problems. For this reason, pets are not allowed.
